  1. Subscriptions & Fee Changes

Some features are offered via subscription plans, billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to adjust fees at our discretion and will notify you prior to any change taking effect.

  1. Free Trial

From time to time, we may offer free trials for select plans. Billing information may be required prior to activating a trial, but charges will only occur once the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

  1. Refund Policy

zooqq.ai offers refunds for paid contracts within seven (7) days of your original purchase, provided you have used less than 1 bot or equivalent usage for any paid plan. Refund requests should be made by contacting support@zooqq.ai and must meet the stated conditions.

Refunds are not granted if:

  • Usage exceeds the specified threshold.
  • The request is outside the seven-day window from purchase.
  • The account is suspended or deleted due to prohibited use, policy violation, or fraudulent activity.

  • Our team will verify eligibility based on usage and time elapsed since purchase.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days.
  1. Fair Usage Policy
To ensure high-quality service for all users, plans are designed for fair usage. Excessive use may result in service restrictions or account suspension without notice. Shared accounts, or automated/bot-like usage, violate these terms and may lead to permanent termination without refund.
  1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

  • Violating local or international laws.
  • Exploiting minors.
  • Generating harmful or unsafe content.
  • Spamming or unauthorized promotional activities.
  • Infringing intellectual property.
  • Overloading, disrupting, or attempting unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Generating content prohibited by our AI service provider (includes sexual, political, or religious content).

Repeated infractions may result in immediate suspension and permanent ban from using the platform, without eligibility for refunds.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use zooqq.ai. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Misuse, sharing, or providing false information may result in account termination.

zooqq.ai may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms. Discontinuation of services does not entitle users to refunds outside the conditions defined in the Refund Policy.
