1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If Zooqq fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you’ve reported it to us.
  • Service Access Failure: If you were charged but were unable to access the service due to a verified issue on our end.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription or service in error.
  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind or no longer wish to use the service.
  • Misuse of Service: If the AI responses are unsatisfactory due to poorly formatted or irrelevant uploaded documents.
  • Exceeded Usage: If a substantial portion of the service was already used before the refund request.
  • Violation of Terms: If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be granted.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@zooqq.ai within 7 days of the issue or charge, and include:

  • Your account email address
  • Date and details of the transaction
  • Description of the issue
  • Any relevant supporting documentation
  • We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
  1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Zooqq AI subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
